This policy covers walkingvisuals.com (the “site”), operated by Walking Visuals LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Walking Visuals”, “we”, “us”). Where a product published by Walking Visuals has its own privacy policy, that policy governs the product. This one covers only this site.

1. What we collect

• Email you send us. If you write to be@walkingvisuals.com or contact@walkingvisuals.com, we receive your address, your message, and anything you attach. Links on this site open your own mail app; the site itself never sees or stores what you write.
• Server and security logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Anonymous visit counts. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. It tells us how many people came and which pages they read, not who they are.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

2. How we use it

We use your email only to read and answer it, and to keep a record of the conversation. We use hosting data only to run and secure the site.

3. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our email (our web host and our email provider), under their terms. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Walking Visuals and others. If Walking Visuals LLC is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

4. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or required for our records, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

5. Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@walkingvisuals.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we will honor them.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
