Read freely. Don’t take what isn’t yours.
Plainly: You can browse and share links. The names, marks and work here belong to Walking Visuals LLC.
These terms are an agreement between you and Walking Visuals LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Walking Visuals”, “we”, “us”), and govern your use of walkingvisuals.com (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. Where a product published by Walking Visuals has its own terms, those terms govern the product.
1. Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. You agree not to disrupt it, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or use it to break the law.
2. Our intellectual property
The site and everything on it belong to Walking Visuals LLC: the text, design, code, the arch mark and the Walking Visuals wordmark, and the names and marks of the products shown here. Nothing in these terms gives you ownership of, or a license to, any of it beyond viewing the site. Please do not use our names or marks without written permission.
3. What you send us
If you email us an idea or a proposal, you keep ownership of it. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, sending it does not create a confidential relationship or any obligation for either side.
4. Links elsewhere
The site links to other sites, including product sites. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for sites we do not operate.
5. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Descriptions of products in progress are descriptions, not promises of features or dates.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Walking Visuals LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
